4. Services and Pricing

4.1 Automotive Repair Services

OnCorres provides various automotive repair and maintenance services as detailed on our Site. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our Site are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. The final price for any service will be confirmed at the time of booking or upon inspection of your vehicle.

4.3 Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates or quotes provided are valid for 14 days from issuance and represent our best assessment based on the information available at the time. Additional costs may be incurred if:

• Additional problems are discovered during the repair process
• Parts prices increase between the time of the estimate and the repair
• Additional labor is required beyond what was initially assessed

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you for approval before exceeding the quoted amount by more than 10%.

4.4 Parts

Unless otherwise specified, we may use genuine, aftermarket, or reconditioned parts at our discretion. If you have specific preferences regarding parts, please inform us at the time of booking.

5. Booking and Appointments

5.1 Booking Process

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff.

5.2 Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

5.3 Late Arrival

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate late arrivals, but if you are more than 30 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

6. Vehicle Drop-off and Pick-up

6.1 Vehicle Condition

When dropping off your vehicle, you are responsible for removing all personal belongings. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

6.2 Authorization for Work

By dropping off your vehicle, you authorize us to operate the vehicle for the purpose of testing, inspection, and/or delivery.

6.3 Vehicle Pick-up

Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of service completion, unless otherwise arranged. For vehicles not picked up within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a daily storage fee of $30 per day.

6.4 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of vehicle pick-up unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and electronic funds transfer.

7. Warranties and Guarantees

7.1 Service Warranty

All services performed by OnCorres come with a 12-month or 20,000-kilometer warranty (whichever comes first) covering workmanship and defects in parts provided by us. This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
• Additional repairs or maintenance performed by others
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original service

7.2 Manufacturer Warranties

Parts installed may carry additional warranties from their manufacturers. We will provide details of these warranties upon request.

7.3 Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Site Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of OnCorres or our content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Site
• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text
• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Access or use the Site for any commercial purposes

8.3 User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting any content to our Site (such as reviews or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnCorres and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using our Services during the six (6) months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnCorres, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
